I was really expecting to like this dress better than I do. It fits fine, and the stripped pattern is cute and looks good! However, it is not as light as my Floral pattered one I purchased 2 or 3 years ago due to an annoying underliner that is sewn into the bodice down to the upper thigh area, causing it to be more weighty for a summer dress, for this I deducted 1 star. And to add insult to injury, IT HAS NO POCKETS!!!! Again, my previously purchased dress with the Floral pattern, HAS 2 HIDDEN POCKETS! Again, I deducted another star on this review. Now, I don't understand why all manufacturers think us ladies do not need or want pockets, especially with looser summer type of dresses and skirts.......but for me, they are really appreciated! Especially these days, how many of us prefer to not HAVE to carry our bags or purses on short or small errands just for our phone and wallet? I sure don't! Other than all that, overall this dress does have good quality craftsmanship. I am hoping that this one will last as long and still look as fabulous as the first one.
